Choosing your Snap licence
Snap is available in six different bundles to meet the needs of your business. You can add additional users and buy additional units for online or offline interviews. Each package comes with a number of included units. For example, a Team licence allows use by three researchers concurrently as well as including 10,000 survey units. You can add a fourth researcher for GBP395 or buy another 10,000 units for as little as GBP655. There are also some other add-ons that are available at a low cost.
You can also buy Snap that you manage on your own servers. These appear under ‘on-premises’ licences. On-premises licences allow you to collect and analyse unlimited numbers of interviews.
Unlike many other online survey platforms, the cost of each interview reduces as your online business grows. You can start using Snap from GBP925 per year and only spend more when your business expands. There are also discounts for multiple-year licences.

Discounts and terms
** A Snap Enterprise Licence means that we will install the system on your own servers. You will be responsible for your own security. There are no further fees to pay for administrator licences, associate logins or survey units.
5% discount for 2-year licences
10% discount for 3-year licences
12.5% discount for 5-year licences
